I wanted to try 2 sizes and one of the staff was like: “Didn’t you ask for 38? Why do you want 39 then”. I expect a shoe shop staff to know that different sizes can fit a foot based on the make and brand.

Very very very bad Management, one of the best shops I always buy from, but the crew are so careless about customers, I see 4 or 5 employees, but actually all customers are served by the one on the cash. Last time I waited 9 persons only to have the second pair of the shoe and when I reached my turn I had to go back to wait again to pay for it ! Now I waited till I had one person in front of me, she had a problem and she had already called them before she came , but they called another employee to solve the problem on the cash not a Side so they chat and customers wait, then on my turn a lady came from the side and fixed her whatever unfinished papers before me so I wait again. Very bad management and they don't care for the customer . Maybe last time !
