The workers there as if are working in a Bar and not in a shoes shop!!! Very rude , not respected , no value for customers , they do not laugh , looking very selfish and do not help . Thumbs down to JD Gesundbrunnen center !!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The Cashier was the Most arrogant and unfriedly with my 7 years old and I. She is always in a bad mood according to people there, really like the Store and the other people that Work there, but she really can not work attending people.

I am shocked by the „service“ in this store. I needed to make a return, I waited for half an hour at the checkout. There were about 8 employees in the store, but no one did their job. The manager is incompetent, she clearly doesn’t know how to accept returns and began to behave aggressively towards me. In the end, she refused to serve me without explanation. A question for the store owners, why do you hire savages who don’t know how to behave with customers and don’t know how to do their job? The store doesn’t value regular customers at all 👎

It says on the internet that the store is open until 20:00,today I was there at 19:20 and a rude worker lady with chewing gum in her mouth and texting on her phone told me that I couldn't come because they are closing shop soon. I will not try to enter that store again!

We arrived in the store at 7:10 and the girl told us they already closing even tho we just wanted quick look at the shoes. Online it says they work till 20:00 and on the doors until 19:30 The girl was very unpolite and would never go back there because they will probably be closed.

very unfriendly women was at the counter.today i was at their store to buy some shoes but the women at the counter was rude and unfriendly and when i started to ask something then she gets mad even at the others people as well. i would never go there again. feels sorry for JD

I've been buying clothes at this place for a year now, I'm very satisfied with the quality and the price, the prices are great, I personally prefer them for buying men's clothing and shoes the prices are great 10/10 Best Regards From Mr.Muhidin Muraja

Not satisfied. I bought shoes and that wasn't comfortable after few hours I got injured because back of shoes was very hard and staff told that is normal .so getting injured is normal .worst shoes
