There is a worker here approximately 5’6, blonde, white complexion and wears glasses. He simply doesn’t wanna do his job, he was rude and said if you don’t wanna buy anything just leave. I was taking my time in deciding and he wasn’t very helpful at all. P.s i ended up buying a pair of shoes. Worst experience never visiting here again.

First of all, I wish I'd give 0 but here's what happened. I bought a jogging panty on 26.08.2025 and I paid the money with my card because they refused to accept the cash of 200 €. Anyway, I wrote my email and phone number and they ordered it for me. Since then, I never received an email or SMS from them which is very strange. I called the customer service and they simply told me that I should wait. A few days later, I actually did go to their store and they too told me that I must wait. However, I decided to go back to their store today and ask them what's going on. In fact, the Assistant Manager called her colleagues while I was there but guess what? I was told that the order has already been canceled. Nobody informed me, so what if I didn't follow it up? Is it, therefore, fair to cancel an order for more than 2 weeks? Doesn't the customer deserve to be treated with respect and dignity? After a lengthy conversation with the Assistant Manager, I asked for a refund and she told me that they never give cash. Well, how about you wasted my time and you don't want to give my money back? I think the Assistant Manager is grossly incompetent. She insisted that I should come with the credit card and I told her that I'll come back tomorrow morning at 10:30 am. If you're a black person like me, please avoid this store at all. It's a SCAM and the Assistant Manager is a racist woman and she doesn't have what it takes to be an Assistant Manager, I mean she really doesn't. She should be ashamed of herself. Disgraceful! Update: There was a different woman and to my surprise, she made another phone call because she didn't believe my story (Maybe her colleague didn't inform her) and I kept waiting. There's a white lady who came after me and she served the woman before me. It's just horrendous. They refunded the money but I wasted time and energy. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I bought Nike slippers from this shop for 35 euros . They broke after 2 days of use . So I went back to claim the damage after 14 days that I bought the slippers, I asked for for refund or exchange for another ones. The manager refused to take any responsabillty. At the end and after a very long discussion and after contacting his superior, he advised me to go to another JD shop and maybe they can exchange the slippers. I did go to the Alexanderplatz one and they exchanged it. So I feel that what a hustle and rip off. There is a legal warranty on sold items and they should grant it to the buyers...

Service 0/10. Sales personell made us wait in front of a closed fitting room for 10min, knowing full well it is locked.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes one size too big and came back just five minutes later to exchange them. The staff were cold and unhelpful, refusing to do anything because I had briefly worn them outside. It was clear I had barely walked in them. Very poor customer service — I expected more from a major brand. I won’t be coming back.

The salesperson with long blonde hair was the most snob salesperson i have ever seen she answered me like “was?” “Was denn?” Alexanderplatz is a tourist attraction, if she only wants to speak with german people she is not working in the right place

JD Shoes shop stands out as a footwear haven with its diverse range of multi-brand options. The organized layout facilitates easy browsing, and the knowledgeable staff offer valuable assistance in finding the perfect pair. The store's commitment to housing various shoe brands enhances the shopping experience, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

I bought a pair of Nike from the store. It had a small dirt/paint on the shoe, I showed them and they cleaned it with some sort of cleaner. I went home and noticed that it had more signs of use (probably a returned product). I wouldn't give 2 stars just for this, as the shoe is alright and I decided to keep it, but what made the whole shopping experience bad, is the staff's behaviour. They were unfriendly and cold. I can understand that they might be busy and tired, but I have had much better experiences from other shoe shops in the same building. Was my first time, and won't shop at JD ever again.

The store manager and couple of employees working in this store are truly inhuman and shameless creatures I ever seen.. let God bless them on this Christmas Eve and Grant them with the good thoughts and moral values.. worst customer service.. Finally I had to throw my shoes infront of the store and walked away, funny part is they took them and kept it inside without even returning the money. Awful.. let the store manager resell the same shoe (I m sure which he gonna do) and party hard with the money he gonna earn from it.
