I've never been so close to buying a pair of running shoes before a salesboy was so rude to me that I left them behind.

I had a problem with a pair of shoes I bought in another jd sport shop. I wanted to buy the same model so they sent me here saying they still have a pair. I showed a picture of the shoes and a picture of the model on the shoesbox. The "manager" was so sloppy and unhelpful I have to make a complaint at least here. Afterwards I simply asked her to please find the model in other jd shops and couldn't even do that because "she couldn't scan the code of the shoes". Weird because the other shop didn't need to scan anything to find availability in other shops, and I had the code of the shoes in the picture. But, I mean, the lady didn't seem to be able to even line her lipstick properly I guess there must be some other problems going on there

Went there 3 times in the last two weeks to buy and do some returns (bought a gift for my little sis that she didn’t like). Every time going there I had to wait about 15 minutes at the register since only one or two are open at a time and to make matters worse, I forgot to return one last item came back just to realize that the worker before gave me the wrong receipt back (she told me I would be able to return the remaining items with it) and I wasn’t able to and nobody helped or felt responsible for the mistake.

Worst Customer Service Went in to check out a gym bag, but no one came to assist even after I asked twice at the counter. On top of that, the price tags weren’t updated. When I finally went to purchase, the cashier casually said, “We have so much to do that we sometimes forget to change the price tags.” Completely unprofessional and frustrating. One of the worst shopping experiences.

Shocking customer service. The downstairs changeroom of a busy store had no employees and doors locked. Upstairs change room had Employees with high school attitude too busy talking with each other to help anyone. Both times was stood waiting and had to interrupt their personal conversation for help. And just 2 staff at the cash who are handling a huge line while upstairs is a staff hang out zone. Poor management of employees and bizarre that they are so comfortable to do nothing?? Never saw this before.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this JD Sports store near Zoologischer Garten in Berlin. I visited the store to purchase a pair of slippers worth 50€. I simply wanted to try on both slippers, but the sales assistant refused to let me try them on, citing a “theft policy.” I calmly explained that I had no intention of stealing anything and even offered to pay for the sandals before trying them on if that would make them feel more secure. Despite this, the employee still refused. I then asked for a manager, who finally allowed me to try both slippers under supervision. While trying them on (without socks, as one normally does with slippers), another staff member came over shouting at us, claiming that wearing slippers without socks was not allowed. I respectfully took off the slippers and put my own shoes back on, as I was ready to purchase the sandals after having tried them. However, the employee then took the sandals away from me and told me that I was no longer allowed to buy them. I once again asked for a manager, but the man who presented himself as the manager was just as disrespectful as the employee and refused to provide any proof of his position or his name. To make matters worse, both the staff and this so-called manager began mocking me in German, clearly assuming that I couldn’t understand them. What they didn’t realize is that I do speak German, even though English is my second language and German is the third. Then he didn’t allow me to get the slippers and told me to get out of the store. This entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I hope that JD Sports management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of the staff at this location. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Wide selection and good offers. My only concern is that you cannot get the tax free form on the items you bought from the store. You need to go to another branch in Alexanderplatz showing them the items in hand to give it to you. Very strange

large selection of shoes but staff is very slow and rude. I asked for two different sizes of trainers and staff said that it on its way. I waited for 10 minutes but nobody came, then I asked another staff member and she said that she has my shoes but can’t give it to me and I have to wait for her colleague. I waited for another 5 minutes, nobody came. Finally, she gave me permission to try this shoes on. then, I asked for another model and waited for another 10 minutes for them to bring it. I made a mistake buying shoes in here. NEVER EVER shop in here. awful place with rude and slow staff.
