I had the best experience in JD Sports (Karl-Marx-Straße 130, 12043 Berlin) and I had to share my appreciation. The three gentlemen working today (26.04.2023) were incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable while they helped me pick up an online order. Then, when the shoes ended up not fitting perfectly, they helped me try on a larger size in-store and facilitated the return of my online order. The whole experience was handled seamlessly and fast, and it was clear that they knew how to uphold the values of the brand. Many thanks to the three employees who made the experience so great, I will be a returning local customer based on this experience and I hope they receive the recognition they each deserve for representing JD Sports so well. Plus, the shop was really clean, had a great selection of shoe and accessary styles, and was a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

I've always been a JD customer and yes they always have a nice nd cool trainers but The employees there in Neukölln filale are super rude!!! I definitely don't recommend going there unless you like to deal with arrogant nd rude employees
