Don’t come here if you expect any customer service at all. Extremely unmotivated stuff. It’s a pain to even talk to them. More than a yes/no if when is not possible.

Worst customer service by healthy boy he dont have manners to talk to customers at the time of trying the shoes he is we can’t give you second shoe to try whats this i can’t even understand in each and every brand or each and every store customer have right to try the shoes when customer feel comfortable then only he can buy but the healthy boy said we can’t give you to try because he said he think customers are theif when your staff said this to customer how can customer react hope you understand. If JD brand don’t have security permises then have to shut the store better and another staff member on main gate said i am the boss over here. Seriously i want to meet the manager and ask about that kind of rough service. And worst language by employees

Employees are really bad at behaviour, of them has abused in german. Her face was like a cartoon but she was being like selena gomez. She doesn't know how to deal with customers, she needs to learn. Very disappointed

Horrible shopping experience. Being completely ignored by the three members of staff in an empty shop, and having to call twice for the last to open the changing rooms, and the lady with the key wouldn't come, instead she continued putting clothes on a rack. Bought an item only because i had a voucher to use. No hi, no thanks, no bye. Absolutely horrible.

They have very bad manner, their sellers are so impolite and without sense of cooperation And also the managers are awfull. I wanted return a gloves after 2 hours and they didn't accept. They told me about one rule that wasn't wrote in their role papaer. They forced me to keep the golves The behaviour really unrespectfull.

Im one of the DDR Event Winners at the store a while ago. I got promised by phone call and by via email that i will get my 150 euro Voucher in a few days (which was over 4 months ago). As of now this event was a total scam and they took my information as well.

They put the wrong location on the Google map. This showroom is just next to the Saturn building , New Yorker and O2 shops. Anyway stuffs are friendly and helpful for finding my shoes 👟. Sometimes I think their price is high but still favourite shop for my sneakers.
