I asked the tall assistant to help me with my size and he very unfriendly told me to wait, I waited for 15 minutes and no one was even looking for the sneakers I was waiting for, he did absolutely nothing to help me, I had to stop another person to help me out. Teach your employees a concept like - customer orientation.

The sales assistant was very rude and completely ignored the customers. She had a sour expression on her face and offered no help or consultation. The whole experience was disappointing and quite sad.

Good sportswear chainstore-I find my choice of items on sale, the one in Berlin has more floor space then the one in Stuttgart. However, on the 31st of Dec; during normal opening hours, the salespeople denied access to the changing room. Disappointing customer service.... Hence, the 2 star for Berlin store at Mall of Berlin

Great Little Sportswear Shop A very good small sportswear shop with a well-organized layout. They have separate sections for women, men, and children on the right side, and a wide variety of sneakers on the left. I found a great deal and absolutely love the shoes I purchased. The service was friendly, and the overall vibe of the shop was fantastic. Definitely worth checking out!

The prices are not correct. You take one thing and the counter has another price. Very disappointed. The cashier tries to justify this with devaluation of the dollar.

SCAM! Please avoid this place at any cost, the prices on the items are old and when they billed it and then they give for new prices. In my case I bought a socks which says 10€ on the product and at the billing it was 15€. I asked the cashier and she said they did not change the price label on the product. Never going again
