Great Service at a good price! They fixed my breaks and installed a new light. And when I went back to have my gears checked they fixed them for free 'cause they happened to have the spare parts!! I can highly recommend and will come again soon to buy a helmet!

When I finally choose to buy the bike of my dreams I could go only in one place in Berlin , and this is Just Bikes . Vasil and his wife are extremely professional and they assisted me all the way through the bike project, giving me some extremely useful advices and tips. It was a real pleasant and comfortable feeling to select all the components of my bike and from the beginning and they understood completely what I was looking for . I will highly recommend Just Bike to anyone and I will definitely go back to their shop for my next built . 10 out of 10

If you intend to buy a bicycle: Know the repair shop that will eventually take good care of it. It makes sense to buy in a shop that offers bicycle maintenance. Just Bikes does just that. It offers a very carefully chosen selection of bicycles at fair prices together with expert counseling and excellent maintenance service.

Perfect service. The staff is very friendly, the repairs are very good and the price is fair. I always bring my bikes there, as I trust this shop. Everything gets fixed, you only pay for what needs to be done. I recommended “Just Bikes” to all my friends.

Super, super friendly staff. Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with the quality of the repair. I bought a new wheel and gear. The gear was broken from the start and they replaced it for free which as nice (but it was also cumbersome to go there twice etc.). Today the wheel just broke. I never had a wheel just break. Also the gear I bought has become very rusty and overall isn't great. Of course this could be a coincidence but both parts were of very poor quality so I've had a very negative experience - even though the owner was super nice, friendly, and seemed competent.

The staff at Just Bikes are the most helpful, friendly, honest bike people I have met outside of a community bike collective. The demand is high for their service which means it takes a while to book an appointment, but if you can wait there is nothing better. Thank you Just Bikes, you are my favorite bike store ever.

Great Service & your first bike purchase comes with a free bike service! Lovely people there. They also allowed me to change the handlebars for free!

Good prices for good quality bikes, owners very nice and speak English. Also usually fast with bike repairs if you need. Bought my bike 1 year ago there and fully satisfied.
