Visited the shop yesterday. My daughters bike had an emergency flat tyre, cannot fix it by myself at home. We left our bike in the shop and it was all repaired in 30 minutes. Really efficient service! The mechanician is very nice and have no problem communicating in English.

My bike was fixed (loose chain, break pads change) in less than 2 hours. It now works better than ever. Frank was very efficient and did a thorough check fixing things I have not even mentioned (like the loose phone holder). Very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Service in English and German.

I damaged the rear wheel on my bike. I came in the morning, and by 3 p.m. everything was already done. The work was done well, and in my opinion, the price was fair. The repairman himself is a very pleasant person and speaks English fluently. If you plan to come right before closing, it’s better to call in advance.

Professional service. Be patient with getting your bicycle with him as he is very busy. Great service and good value. Update 4 years I wrote this review and he hasn't changed. Professional and trustworthy! Also Frank speaks English.

Excellent bike repair! Frank repaired one bike for me and gave me tips on repairing my other bike. There is a small shop as well if you need extra accessories.

I've been a regular customer for 4 years now, and I will continue to fix my bikes here. The quality of repairs is very good and you get a fair price. This does not mean cheap, but if you take into account the hourly wage and the parts it's fair. Bonus points: there is a Next Bike station just across the street.

I had a very good experience at this store. My beloved Hollandrad had a flat on the back tire. I brought it away on a Monday afternoon, and it was fixed already on the Tuesday. The prices charged seem fair. Two things worth highlighting : My front light was barely working with the dynamo. So he fixed this for free, probably adjusted the cables or something. After the reassembly of my bike, my gears were off. So i went back and he fixed it on the spot. Definitely recommend this place!

Frank was very nice and he speaks english! He was very clear of what needed to be fixed in my bike and how much it would cost. He also made other suggestions of what could be improved on it in the future. I had a flat tire €58, and he also greased the chain and fixed my bike seat just for €2 more. I have never seen such a clean and orderly bike shop!

A very informative and soft spoken attendant. A good place to get advice about bicycle parts and repair. The owner/attendant in knowledgable and takes care of the problem immediately after the previous person leaves. My bike was repaired before the expected time. The prices are reasonable. Let's say a mid range between cheap and expensive. Moreover, he speaks English. So it is also one of the few places for International people like me to discuss and get more information about taking care of the bike. Highly recommended. I will always prefer to get services from here.
