Excellent service! Robert was extremely helpful, his services are very well priced, he takes card, and was comfortable speaking to me in English. Best bike repair experience I’ve had in my three years of living in Berlin. I cannot recommend him more!

Thank you to Kiezradler for fixing my bike! Staff is very friendly and patient with my horrible German skills. He helped me out in English and my bike is working better than ever!!!

I am super happy with the service. Robert did great job with my bike check up and fixing parts. He does the job professionally, with care and in timely manner. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Friendly staff, fair price, quick service. I would give it 5 stars but he called my bike trash 😂(as a joke of course)

I would not recommend this service to foreigners! I asked to replace tire and tube, but mechanic insisted on changing a bicycle’s chain as well. Putting pressure on me and laughing with words „how I could not understand that it is important“ and asking to talk to German speaking person so he can explain the importance of matter. When I didn’t agree on price and picked my bike up the chain was removed without my permission and I didn’t receive it back! Awful experience.

Robert is the only bike technician I've met in Berlin whose quality of work is excellent and consistent. It seems many shops have cool guys who seem to always be busy and friendly and qualified, but it's rare to find someone who has a sort of old world mentality and pride to the quality of work he or she does. This makes all the difference to me in a world mostly saturated with mediocrity. He reminds me a bit of the surviving craftsmen in professions which have largely disappeared (like watch making, true carpentry, creative molding, etc.) and that is why even though I've moved to the other side of the city since I discovered his shop, I will continue to bring my bike to him for all service. Thanks, Robert! And thanks for encouraging my speaking German too. I appreciate your patience.

I’ve finally found my bike repair shop given that all the others in the hood are always giving you appoints for the next three weeks. I managed to get my bike repaired from one week to the other with a nice service and kind staff.

Honest pricing I suppose, but rude and condescending staff. When I hesitated with the repair I heard: "You should rethink your life if you can't deal with the costs of the repair right now" type of BS.

It's a shame I don't understand your point. Could you please explain it in German, and I'd be happy to speak to you personally? I think this is a misunderstanding that can be resolved.

Best regards, and I look forward to your reply!

Robert from KIEZRADLER

Rupert (sorry if I mispelled it!) was 5*. Could tell straight away he was a really friendly bloke, and an honest person to work with. He did an amazing job replacing my bike's gear shifter which had broken, and some maintenance on it. Feels amazing, thanks man! 5*!
