The people are friendly and kind. However, they charged me 20€ for the check-up just to tell me that my bike is beyond repair. Yup, 20 Euro for that :D

Fair prices for bike rental. More affordable then other stores in Friedrichshain for example, and the bikes aren't the best ones but so they don't get stolen, when you park your bike in some club area.

My favourite bike shop in Berlin. I've been to a few, but every time I go here, the guys go over and above for a very cost-effective price and are usually quick (within 24hrs or less). They don't only look at the issue you brought your bike in for, but if there are any other issues they can spot, they always point it out. 10/10 would recommend.

Thanks Kubi for the amazing help! You want to fix something on your bike by yourself? Then this is the perfect place for you: I wanted to fix a hole in my backtire myself, to do so I got offered enough space infront of his workshop next to the sidewalk. He has all the tools and equipment prepared and ready if someone needs to repair a flat tire and he even helped me with all the questions I had. In the end when I asked for the price he just invited me to put a TIP in their TIP-box. So amazing self-service that they offer here. Additionally super friendly contact and a local-business that exists already since 2008 in that street During the time I spent there fixing my bike I got to talk to several other customers that come there already for years and have been always extremely happy with everything as they told me Thank you Kubi 🙏🏼🌞

I live nearby and came into this shop randomly when I had an issue with my bike. They are good, helpful, fast and efficient. My bike was ready to hit the road right away and prices are completely fair. It became now my go to address, any time I need something done with my bike. 5 stars 🌟

Got a great bike and great service. They didn't try to sell me something, I really felt like they understood what I needed and I got exactly that. They're happy to quickly make some adjustments to your bike, you get warranty on everything and they encourage you to come in with any issue you have. Would always come back again!

Very good experience and friendly. Fixed my bike (new chain and new rear cassette) overnight (Friday-Saturday) without appointment. Pointed out that I should get new brake pads soon, „not today, not tomorrow, but don’t wait too long“. Not overpriced, and he didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.
