Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of money. I visited this shop on 24 November because my bike chain had come off the pedal. Their mechanic, Julien, told me it was fixed, but after riding only 3–4 minutes the chain broke again. I immediately returned, and he tried once more, but the repair was still not done properly. In the end he simply said he couldn’t do anything further. Despite the problem not being solved at all, they still charged me €33.59 for “time,” which is ridiculous considering the bike was not fixed. I then had to go to another shop, where they properly repaired my bike, installed a new chain, and provided full service for €50 — totally worth it. I even emailed their office to request a refund and explain the situation, but I still haven’t received any response. No communication, no responsibility, nothing. Very unprofessional, careless work, and zero customer service. I will never return here and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your money and time.

Kind people but my experience was that they are pretty inflexible and expensive. I had an appointment to change the tires but when I went there and they didn't have the tires I wanted, and I could not wait until they order because I needed it earlier. And I was basically told, that since I booked an appointment I MUST take their service. So I was basically forced to find another "problem" to fix so they don't go mad. This other fix was simply to shorten my handlebar as much as possible, I specifically asked the "shortest possible" cut. But when I returned the bar was cut only a tiny but because there was a bell which they didn't think of shifting or removing. This is a perfect example when the service does not want to understand your problem. There is a framework for this they could learn from and it's called "Jobs to be done" and it means that you as a service realise that when People purchase a drill machine, what they actually want is not a drill machine but a hole in the wall.

I went there to borrow a screwdriver so I could adjust the gear shifter; they adjusted it for me, for free. At the same time, I noticed i need a new rear wheel, which they're ordering in. Will update my review once that's done, but so far, so good. I suspect it'll be more expensive than the shop down the road, but hopefully done better.

What a friendly and good experience here! I had issues with my breaks and just walked in spontaneously. Not only did the guy working there help me immediately - he also didn’t charge me anything to fix them! With such fair treatment they definitely gained a new customer!

My experience with this shop. Long delays to have a Termin okay. I brought in our Babboe Curve for: 1- frame check (this shop is referenced by Babboe as doing this) 2- annual overhaul. When I brought the cargobike first impression was positive: we discussed with a technician what had to be done: appart from the frame check, essentially to tighten the spokes of the forewheels and to repair the saddle) Was friday and the bike would be "finished by wednesday, we call you". Wednesday evening: no call. So I call shortlu before closure "yes; its on the list, it will be done tomorrow". Next day no call - I had specified before that the cargo bike is the only vehicle of my wife to bring the kids to school and so on... So I called again. "Yep, we are taking care of it tomorrow, first hour". So Friday I called again, 1500hrs "Yes come by 1600". When I came, the frame had been checked, nothing more... Nothing more had been done, and I had to take the cargo bike. So: bad communication among the team, bad realization, essentially blocking your bike one week with no intention to repair it.

Amazing and friendly people. Quick in emergencies and small fixes, thorough in service checks. Some of them speak English which is extremely useful for expats!

Great service. Very friendly. I bought a bike there 2 years ago. I fell the other day and just went without an appointment for a quick check and they looked at it and made quick fixes. Thanks a lot.

I called this shop and got a service appointment for a Friday. When I was at the shop on the given date, they said that they can not see my name on their system, I should go back and bring the bike the next Monday. It is ok that you make a mistake and do not register my appointment on your systems after a phone call but at least take the responsibility of your fault, take my repair request and my bike and fix it whenever you have availability. Instead, they want me go back and come back after the weekend because their office is very full for me to leave the bike! Such a horrible customer experience and disappointment.
Owner's response
Hello Mr. Pamukcu,

We don't schedule appointments over the phone. Perhaps you misunderstood something. Appointments can be booked through our online platform. Nevertheless, we were able to offer you a timely appointment.

Due to the high volume of requests, we aren't always able to accept bicycles several days in advance.

Best regards,
Dennis Wegener
Regional Sales Manager

Worst service I’ve experienced in a bike shop. The guy I dealt with all along didn’t seem to want to be bothered by customers. Each time I entered the shop I was being ignored (there were no other customers present at any of those times) and eventually had to ask to be served, which he responded to only reluctantly. When I asked about gravel bikes and specific deals advertised online I was just pointed to a corner and left on my own. The bike parts I needed him to order nevertheless weren’t at the shop at the agreed time (despite of an additional time buffer from my side), yet he had me come in for nothing anyway. When those parts finally had arrived he refused to affix them to my bike on the spot although he had assured me twice to do so. Never ever again.
