We had an great experience at Little John Bikes while purchasing our cargo electric bike. They have the largest selection of Babboe bikes compared to all the bike stores we visited. Yann, the Sales Representative, was very knowledgeable, walked us through our purchasing options (entirely in English no less) and was very patient. We were able to test drive a few bikes and have all our questions answered. We are highly satisfied with our purchase and with our overall experience at LJB

Shops wonder why people buy online and not in shops anymore. Here is why!! Went there to get a helmet with my son. Waited and waited then the lady told me: sorry we cant access the helmets because bikes are in front!!! Come on!!! Just get those helmets… I will buy it on amazon! Terrible service… I was there at 11.00 so one hour after opening times, I would expect to get served properly. Shop was empty ….

Terrible service. Waited two months for an appointment to become free to swap out the drive train on my bike - wish I'd used a local independent shop instead. After ordering all the parts through LJB they fitted everything - without much attention to detail, it turns out. The new chain was too long, so kept jumping - needed two links taken out to operate correctly. They didn't bother to correctly index the rear derailleur, so the chain kept slipping. Whoever fitted the new bottom bracket clearly was asleep (or didn't care what they were doing) because instead of spinning smoothly it has an obvious point of friction at two points in its travel. Feel like a fool for having paid nearly €150 for this kind of service - won't be returning there again.

I cannot speak highly enough of this bike shop. Every time I have an issue with my bike I come here and they help me fix it for free or sell me the parts for very little cost and let me use their tools to do it myself. They also have a huge selection of the best bike parts and accessories and a pressurized air station out front to fill your tires. I always think I need an expensive new part and they instead show me that I just need to spend €2 on a small part and 5 minutes fixing something. They are very friendly and helpful and speak English as well.
