I'd give it zero stars if I could. This place is a complete dump. The staff are clueless. Their website says they repair bikes, but you go through the hassle of booking an appointment, arrive, and they say, "Oh, we don't know anything about that," and nobody takes responsibility or accountability. Go to your local bike shops instead of this overpriced chain where nobody in the workshop knows what they're doing.

We bought two carbon fiber e-bikes there after receiving thorough and excellent advice from Mike and Marcel. Several weeks have passed since then, and the initial euphoria has subsided somewhat, as we weren't informed that the Abus locks can also be ordered with a single key for everything. This cost us a lot of time, effort, and money, but now we have what we wanted: a folding lock, a frame lock with chain, and a battery lock, all operated with the same key. The I:sy bikes are great.

I had to fight tooth and nail to even get my defective cargo bike accepted as a warranty claim. The employee initially refused to accept the battery and simply referred me to the manufacturer. Eventually, the claim was registered. I've now been waiting for over 60 days without any resolution or clear information. Naturally, the e-bike isn't working. The lack of effort and the dealer's disregard for their obligations are simply infuriating.

I booked an appointment for a flat tire repair because their website and booking system clearly state they offer this service. When I arrived with my bike, I was told they don’t actually repair flat tires. This was disappointing and a waste of time — if the service isn’t available, it shouldn’t be advertised.
