The best advice you can get for your running shoes. Even if some of them don’t speak English (I don’t speak German) they try to give you the best service ❤️

I got a top assistance by Matis. He gave me useful advices on my running style and explained up and down sides of each shoe model presented to me. This place is located a bit remote, but it was 100% worth going here!

Thank you so much, I'll pass it on to Mathis. We deliberately chose a shop not on a busy shopping street. That way we have more time and peace for the consultation, and we have parking and public transport. The Tiergarten is also perfect for a run.

I bought here my shoes for my first marathon. Complete change of running experience! Here shoes are not just sold but an actual consultation and explanation is dedicated with kindness and time. Totally recommend! :)

I recently visited this store specializing in running shoes and had an amazing experience. They did a detailed foot analysis and carefully observed my running style, foot placement, and how I moved in different shoes. The customer service was excellent — although I forgot the name of the person who helped me, he was very knowledgeable and suggested several options suitable for flat feet. I especially liked the Puma ForeverRun Nitro, which I tried by walking and running in the store multiple times. Unfortunately, they only had it in one color. Overall, I’m super happy with the experience and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a thorough running shoe evaluation before buying a new pair!

Top-notch service! Came in looking for some Hokas for trail running, and they didn’t disappoint. The staff was very kind and also spoke English quite well — made the whole experience even better.

Had a great experience buying trail running shoes here, staff were friendly and helpful. Got advice on correct sizing which was a game changer; realised I’ve been wearing the wrong size. It didn’t hurt that the shoes i settled on were on sale. It was quite busy so if you want the shopkeepers full attention maybe avoid evenings.

Within the first few minutes of walking in and speaking to Simone I knew I was in safe hands. They are all experienced runners and often caught little things about my running style that had been giving me pain without me knowing that THAT was the cause the whole time. In the end they found me a shoe that suited me best, they let me run outside in some selected choices for a bit and gave me tips and pointers on fixing my running style. In the end I walked out extremely happy with suitably fitted shoes and knowledge gained on making it through my marathon. 10/10 experience and would go here anytime I needed running gear in future.

if you want evidence why buying in a dedicated shop beats buying online in certain cases, here it is. I needed trail running shoes for a very long hike, and to pick the right pair, it is paramount that I get advised by experts in the field. An expert I am not, but the crew at Long Distance most certainly is - running shoes is literally all they do. After all, the shoes will be the single most important item I’m taking with me. Honing in on the ‘just right’ pair of shoes for the task just cannot be done online or at a big box retailer. It takes time, trial & error, and the eyes of professionals who take your physiognomy into account. Doing it in a nice & super friendly atmosphere makes it such an enjoyable experience. Simone took over an hour of her time to advise me, and also pointed out that I wear my shoes a size too small generally! There’s a wide selection of brands, and it won’t even cost you more than if you ordered online. I know where I’ll be going for my next pair 👟👟🤩
