Friendly staff who helped me quickly and competently. A very good place to go for bicycle problems!

I get my bike repaired there. They always help me quickly and at a fair price. You can't ask for more than that. I'd be happy to come back!!!

Unfortunately, I received inadequate advice followed by disastrous customer service. I bought a used bicycle intended for use with a trailer and therefore requested a robust model. After a test ride without the trailer, I inquired about its stability and was assured it was sufficient. However, the gears shifted noisily and were unstable, making the overall ride feel unsafe. I requested a return that same evening, which wasn't possible until later due to the Easter holidays. On-site, the refund was refused, citing a lack of cash, and a bank transfer was deemed too complicated. However, the return trip, each way costing an hour, was considered acceptable. Upon my return, I was then told I had already used the bicycle extensively. Only after requesting that the discussion be dropped did I receive my refund. If safety and service are important to you, avoid this vendor.
Owner's response
Good day Mr. Sorek, you purchased a bicycle from us, which you were able to use for your intended purpose. Gears never operate silently, and riding with a trailer always takes some getting used to and can lead to a feeling of insecurity, especially for inexperienced riders. We scheduled an appointment with you, which you failed to attend. A week later, you attempted to return the bicycle and behaved aggressively and loudly, forcing us to ask you to leave the store. After another week, you returned, and a colleague, as a gesture of goodwill, refunded your money, which, according to current legislation, is not your right when purchasing from a physical store. We wish all customers would treat each other with respect and without aggression, as this should always be paramount in social interactions – unfortunately, this was not the case with you, which is a shame.

The workshop's work is good, but customer service is lacking. When I called the day before, I was told I could drop off my bike at 10:00. I did so, only to be told by a very young man that they wouldn't open until 1:30 and that he couldn't even accept the key for my bike since they weren't open yet. He said the information I'd received over the phone had been incorrect, which can happen to people with disabilities. While all of that is true, what really bothered me was his statement that they didn't have to be customer-oriented (we don't need any goodwill gestures...) or operate according to business principles because they received subsidies (due to inclusion). This statement certainly didn't do inclusion any favors; quite the opposite. Very regrettable.
Owner's response
Good afternoon, Ms. Fleischer, we must strongly correct your statement. Of course, we operate with both customer-oriented and business-efficient principles in mind. We couldn't run our shop any other way. We are sorry that, contrary to the many positive customer reviews, you have a false impression of our work. The reason we can't repair your bicycle "quickly" on the same day is that other customers are also waiting for their repaired and serviced bikes, and we don't want to give anyone preferential treatment. Waiting times are also common in other bicycle shops and repair shops.

Unfortunately, I got a flat tire in my rear tire when I set off today. The motivated team provided me with a quick repair at a fair price. I actually had to leave right away to pick up my son from daycare. Thank you!

I received excellent advice and my bike was repaired perfectly. They only carried out what we discussed, and the final price was even lower than the minimum quoted. The staff were also very friendly, especially to my young daughter. Thank you so much!

Fast, clean, efficient! A great bike shop with a social conscience. Expert advice, friendly and polite, no pressure to buy anything. My e-bike got a complete overhaul and is running like a dream again! Many thanks to the team! My first choice next time!

A highly recommended bike shop that also supports a good cause. I took my bike there for a modification and complete service. All the work was done at a reasonable price, within the previously quoted price range, and in the promised timeframe. I'll gladly take my bike there again.

I recently made an appointment for today over the phone (which I didn't have to wait eight weeks for like at other repair shops), and it went smoothly. Good advice, even for people like me who aren't bike experts: We briefly discussed what needed to be done, I was given a transparent, rough estimate, and was told it might be finished today. A few hours later, I got a call and was able to pick up the bike. It was even cheaper than previously advertised, and they even tightened the brakes. What more could you want! Top service, good prices!
