He repaired my damaged bike quickly and for less than I expected to pay. Excellent English spoken, and nice vibe in the shop. Highly recommended.

Malte is a Super chill and extremely nice dude but don’t let his chill appearance fool you, he fixed my bike super fast and in a very professional manner. The price was fair and my gratitude is eternal.

A bit disappointed about how they give cost estimates. When I brought my bike in they said it would be 60€ max for the repair I requested. When I came to pick up the bike it went to over 100€ for additional repairs I didn’t request. I would have appreciated the professional courtesy of someone contacting me before making those repairs to ask if I would be okay paying for them.

Super fast, wasn't expecting my bike to be fixed on the spot thought I'd have to come back but the guy was so so so nice and gave me such a good price. Service was great, I'm a very happy customer who didn't have to walk home feeling sorry for myself!

I was never so happy to have had a flat tire before. The friendly guys from Zweirad took great care of my bike. Although it was just shortly before the official closing times, they could manage to fix the bike and even upgraded it to a very fair price. Many thanks, I will gladly come again!
