I dropped off my bike with an unknown fault. There was a clicking noise in the drivetrain that would come and go. The fault was found and the bike is running very well again.

Quick help in an emergency – thank you so much! My bike was deliberately vandalized – luckily, this bike repair shop was nearby. I was greeted warmly and told that they couldn't really accept any bikes at the moment because they were very busy, but they couldn't send it home in that condition. They let me keep my bike for repairs. Helpful, fair prices, and uncomplicated service. It's great to have such a shop in our neighborhood.

Highly recommended! Very friendly, fast service in an emergency for the second time. I had a flat tire again. Very spontaneously, they fitted me with two puncture-proof tires within a very short time. Thank you guys, keep up the good work! I'll be back!

Unfortunately, being nice doesn't help when you bring two bikes in for inspection and both end up with taillight problems (one of them doesn't work at all). Furthermore, although a sprocket was replaced on one bike, the chain still skips even after the inspection.

Hi Lars, it's a shame we could only be of limited help. Generally, bikes leave the shop fully functional after a check-up. Any defective parts or repairs are carried out by arrangement. That's our business model. If anything seems amiss, we always ask that you come back again. Thanks.

I have to say I can't share the negative experience here. I dropped my bike off relatively spontaneously, and my hopes for a quick and cheap solution were quickly dashed. However, they also gave me a fairly transparent breakdown of the repair costs, allowing me to compare them to the cost of a new bike. This enabled me to quickly choose the more economical option (a full overhaul). I was given a rough estimate with a clear warning that it was only an estimate and that I could expect further costs if additional defects were found during the inspection. I left my phone number so they could warn me in advance if there were any further costs or if any work was needed, so I could decline them before being surprised with an inflated bill when I picked up the bike. To be honest, I expected it to take about six weeks because the shop was packed with bikes. Not even a week later, I received a call informing me of the remaining issues and the specific costs I could expect once my beloved bike was running perfectly again. Well, what can I say? The costs didn't increase much, and everything was still significantly cheaper than a new bike with the same dimensions as my old one. (Yes, I'm sure I could get a bike for €300 or €400, but it might not last as long under the strain.) Since everything went much faster than expected, I'll soon be back on my bike. The guy in the shop seemed honest and competent. I would entrust my bike to that shop again anytime.

A really great shop with absolute champions working there. I bought a bike there and got a free check-up after two months. Whenever there was a problem with my old bike, they always fixed it quickly and on short notice. Top shop!

I love this workshop and the two amazing people who work there. I've regularly had both my old and my new bikes serviced and repaired there. Anyone who's not uptight and loves the real Berlin will get along great with these always cheerful guys. :D No matter what problem I have with my bike, I'll always go to Dirk and Reimar. :D Thanks, you two sweeties! Absolutely awful! He changed my tires for €120, and when I tried to ride home, I realized both brakes weren't working. I had to jump off at the curb! When I asked him about it, he told me he hadn't touched the brakes. I asked if he didn't feel guilty, since he could see from the child seat that I also transport my children on this bike. His response was that some parents push their bikes, too?! I'm speechless and would have loved to call the police. I hope this man is treated the same way everywhere he goes, and I wish everyone who drops off their bike here a good guardian angel.

Dear Ms. Öz, we repaired the bike and didn't break it. That was done by other specialists. We pointed out the brake failure. There were witnesses present, too. Even when you were upset that you hadn't had a bad day. We had already scheduled an appointment for the brakes to be repaired next week. That was really embarrassing. Have a good time.

I have nothing but good things to say. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the price. My bike got a new chainring, a new chain, and a new sprocket. The whole job was done very quickly for under €100. Thumbs up!
