Everything's great! Sarkis is the best guy!!! We looked at the bike together and checked it over. Sarkis gave good advice, and based on his recommendations, I was able to decide what needed to be done. We discussed the exact costs beforehand. With a new chain, a new cassette, and newly adjusted brakes, everything is running smoothly again :) and it all only took about an hour.

No competence, even with easy tasks. They took away a part of my breaks (Shimano xt) and replaced it with the cheapest possible alternative. Now my breaks are a mess.

Super easy, quick, and straightforward. Very friendly people, and my bike got new brake pads while they were working – what more could you want? :-) I can recommend them to everyone and would gladly use their services again.

I was so impressed with this service. Extremely convenient, and at a fair price. The repair was done quickly and I received a text and email when it was ready to pickup. The repair was done by a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I would be happy to recommend and use the service again.

It's actually an interesting concept, however, a part of the bike was damaged during the repair. The agreed price of €75 then jumped to €100 without warning upon collection. Far too expensive for a chain replacement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

I had an old bike looked at as some speeds weren't working properly. I was told I have to change the chain and another part. 35 Eur for the parts, 70 for the work. A few hours later I pick up the bike, pay the money, and leave. The minute I get on the bike I see the problem is still there, in addition to another problem. So I ended up paying 105 Eur to fix something that didn't have a problem, and get a new problem as a bonus. I don't feel ok with this transaction, I definitely don't recommend using this service. P.S. The guy who worked on the bike did not for 1 minute wear a mask while talking to me, and that was more than 15 minutes, closer than 1.5 meters. ***Follow up on your reply: My main issue is that you charged me for something that did not need to be fixed, so I kind of feel scammed, like dodgy car mechanics scam you every now and then. Also, I am no longer in a city where you provide your services.
