Amazing job as always. The team are all experts on riese&müller and everything that comes with it (insurance, jobrad, tracking etc.) and they take time and properly explain everything. They also do all the repairs & maintenance very transparently.

Super responsive and helpful in all things e-bike! We have had our bike for two years with just regular maintenance and repairs, and Oliver is the best!! I trust him fully to do everything at a very high standard while Keeping us fully in the loop.

Update: changing my rating to three stars because they do have good customer service and did their best to make it right. That being said: I do still think the shipping and the items are overpriced. Original review: Ridiculously overpriced (both the products and the shipping). 20 euro shipping to a neighbouring country for a small package is way more than it should be. AirTag holder for example is useless piece of plastic because they don’t provide installation instructions. Ridiculous return process where you need to send an email (and reminders) just to get the process started. No free return labels or reimbursement of original shipping costs in case of a return. In short: very poor price/quality ratio and poor service.

We don’t add margins to shipping – our aim is simply to make cross-border service possible. Please compare prices on DHL.de <br> • AirTag holder: You’re right – the installation instructions were missing. That was our mistake, and we’ve already offered to send you a new holder including instructions, free of charge. <br> • Return process: We don’t include free return labels as standard. Every return is handed manually. In your case, the refund for the returned items was issued just 20 minutes after the DPD delivery was logged at our warehouse.<br> • Regarding your order: You chose to keep 2 items of your order. Johannes was really nice and friendly. He and his team have a solution-orientated mindset, so they figured out a way to safely mount two baby capsules for us. It's not your conventional bike showroom but the bonus is that the ego and pressure one normally feels in such shops is gone. We had done testrides at e-motion, isicargo and wingwheels but More Cargo wasn't just the best deal, it was by far the best service.

We had a really helpful and informative consultation during our probefahrt and that helped us choose the bike we needed. Johannes was very detail oriented and answered all our queries patiently. Our bike wad delivered before time and customization of components was done in a very satisfactory way during our next visit. Highly recommended. The warehouse they work out of is also really cool so that's a plus when visiting.

English language service was fast, friendly, and easy. We've rented a great bike after contacting 20 Berlin area stores - MORE was definitely the one to suit our needs.
