Never again! The older lady briefly explained the machine to me, including how to adjust the settings if it got too hot, but she didn't give me any safety goggles. So I couldn't open my eyes and had to stop early. The digital timer was also broken. It needed sweeping and a small rug. As a result, I had street dirt on my bare feet. When I voiced my complaint, a bodybuilder immediately stood next to her, puffed himself up, and glared menacingly. Ridiculous guy!

It's a real shame. I was actually always satisfied up until now, but from now on, never again with sunnymaxx. I canceled my current contract, which runs until mid-September, in a timely manner. Sunnymaxx, however, refuses to honor this because my contract is currently "paused." It's neither stipulated in the contract nor does the law stipulate that you can't cancel during the contract pause; quite the opposite. Accordingly, my cancellation is legally binding. I also acknowledged this in my objection. However, my objection hasn't been addressed at all; instead, they're trying to fob me off. It's a real shame that they have to resort to such unfair methods because they insist that the customer misses or forgets the next best cancellation period. It seems like I'll have to report someone to the consumer protection agency.

Very nice place with fair prices. The blonde with the braid, the tattooed woman, etc. (I don't know their names, unfortunately), are always very nice and do a great job cleaning. Hygiene is paramount.

The cleanliness is unacceptable; I've now caught a fungal infection twice. That was the last time I'll go there. Absolutely outrageous! I would never recommend it to anyone.

The young man who was talking so loudly on his phone at work earlier should please clean the tanning beds properly instead of accusing customers of not washing their hands. I did wash my hands both before and after my tanning session because the sticky bed was simply disgusting. Otherwise, a top-notch tanning salon!

This is a great tanning salon. Always clean, and the staff are always helpful and friendly, especially the dark-haired ones. Excellent advice. I always enjoy coming here.

Such a lovely tanning salon, mostly friendly staff. Parking directly in front of the salon or available at Kaufland. Very clean. Excellent value for money with a membership.
