Good morning everyone, I wanted to thank you for the amazing support and fast deliveries. I would definitely recommend you and order from you again and again! NOT anymore, honestly, it's just unbelievable. No one responds to anything, not to emails or WhatsApp messages. They just send out pre-written emails saying they're sorry I'm dissatisfied. That's completely unacceptable. When you order something expensive from you, the support is fantastic and the delivery is top-notch. Now, with an order of just over €30, nothing happens. I've been waiting for my package for over 10 days. Honestly, I'm incredibly annoyed with you. What a shame! Regards, Sven

I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars if I could. The shop offers a huge selection. We (2 people) each personalized a set of darts and a shirt. It takes a little while because there are so many design options. You're kept up-to-date on every step of the production process via email. Delivery times were as stated. We had to contact support because of a shipping problem (the issue was with the postal service!) - the support was quick, thorough, incredibly friendly, and helpful. If you're looking for darts, this is the place to go!

I ordered personalized dart flights. They were meant to be prizes for my own dart tournament. I ordered two sets of eight flights each. I placed the order on January 28th. They were supposed to arrive on February 13th, but they arrived on February 16th, which was due to DHL. Now for my problem. Instead of two sets of eight flights, the package only contained one set of eight flights. I tried to contact them (contact form, WhatsApp, phone, email). The phone number is not in service, and no one is responding to WhatsApp messages or emails. The customer service is terrible. I've now opened a case with PayPal. Maybe they'll respond to that. Regardless of what happens, I will never order from them again.

I had a completely personalized dartboard surround made at mydartpfeil.com and I'm absolutely thrilled! The quality is top-notch, the colors look really vibrant, and the print looks fantastic – exactly as I imagined. The whole process was incredibly straightforward, the communication was friendly, and the delivery was faster than expected. You can immediately tell that they work with passion and a great attention to detail. My surround is now a real highlight in the dart room – thank you for the amazing work! I will definitely order again.

Update 3: Today, the engraved new barrels, including the replaced tips, arrived without any problems or complications. So, everything worked out in the end. Considering the stressful process and the associated hassle, I'm giving them 4 stars. As a startup, I hope you learn from these costly mistakes. -- Update 2: After another two days of silence, I received a pleasantly accommodating reply today: I'll get the accidentally unengraved barrels replaced, and new tips will be included. I'll keep you updated on how the service goes. The contact was friendly and straightforward. I'm now optimistic that the startup will learn from its mistakes and improve. I'm really looking forward to seeing the engraving. -- Update: It seems they're only pretending to offer help. I haven't received any response to my email yet. The phone number has simply been disconnected for 14 days. I'll keep you updated here on whether support ever responds at all. I will keep the community updated on my further legal steps. --- Delivery took quite a long time, which I didn't initially question given the custom engraving and the power outage in Berlin last week. The arrows arrived on Monday for over €100, but unfortunately, the engraving is completely missing, the phone number has been unreachable since Monday, and no one is responding to support emails. I've only just now read other reviews here where people also reported that the engraving was illegible and very small. I can't find any engraving on my arrows. I also noticed the scratches on the supposedly new tips that have been mentioned several times – very annoying. I specifically chose you because of the high level of customization, and I hope you'll respond to my email so I can reconsider this review. I'm generally more patient and give startups a chance.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the darts from my dartspfeil! The quality is top-notch, and I'm so satisfied that I immediately ordered a second set to give as Christmas gifts. There was a small issue with the flights on the second order, but customer service was incredibly accommodating and resolved the problem super quickly, even helping with the fine-tuning. Thanks again! A truly fantastic company with great products and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

I ordered customized flights here. The quality of the printed picture and the flights is great! Unfortunately there was a mix up and a picture I had uploaded before was printed instead of the final version. They went above and beyond to send me another set of flights with the correct picture on it. Customer service at its best. I will order here again in a heart beat when I need new darts
