Marius and the team here at MyHotelBike are amazing! Super nice and service-oriented, great bikes, good prices with even better rates for multiple bikes or days, and an incredible service where they'll come out to roadside assist you if you have any mechanical issues. This actually turned out super important for us as one of the teenagers in our family group hit a curb at a weird angle and crashed, bending and totaling the handlebar. Marius came out into the city in short order, brought us a replacement bike, and took back the damaged bike. We even had to twist his finger to allow us pay for the damage - which turned out to be super fair, bulk dealer parts prices (paid just 20 EUR total for the handlebar, lamp, and other repairs). Super fair, zero funny business. All Marius was worried about was our teenager being ok and us having a good time. The team made sure to open the shop just for us when we needed (arranged via phone), took the time to pick out the right bikes and fit them for us, provided the right sized helmets (included), and was just focused on us having a good experience. The return also couldn't have been easier (lock up the bike in front of the shop outside of hours and throw the keys into the mailbox). Amazing!

We loved this company! We rented two bikes for two days and they were the best! They even look for the best option for me, That I’m scared riding big bikes! If we are back, we will definitely go back there! Thanks so much!

Exploring Berlin by bike is a great idea. The city is sprawling, and the places worth seeing are often far apart, making it difficult to walk everywhere. By bike, you significantly shorten the time you have to travel between the most beautiful spots, and you'll also see much more of the city along the way than you would with other modes of transport. If you plan your routes in advance, I think you can cycle comfortably and safely in Berlin. My son and I spent almost a week in Berlin at the beginning of May. We stayed in a hostel in Moabit and made good use of our 7-Day Card for public transport during our stay. But friends who live in the city recommended a day trip to Berlin by bike, so we incorporated that into our itinerary. More or less by chance, I came across the MyHotelBike service point on Wiclefstrasse near our hostel. I went in to discuss renting two bikes. The conversation initially proceeded in German (no problem for me), but after a few sentences, we decided to switch to Dutch. Marius, the young employee at the service desk, is Dutch. Although MyHotelBike's rental prices are a bit higher than some other providers, Marius quickly convinced me of the advantages of their service: you don't rent the bikes per half day, but essentially for 24 hours. This means you can return the bikes the next morning after a long day trip. Another strong point Marius made was their "roadside assistance" service: if you get a flat tire or other problem, they'll come and fix it on the spot. On our last full day, we were given two sturdy "Hollandräder" bikes, perfect for a leisurely tour of the city. We enjoyed a wonderful ride along the Spree River and through the Tiergarten, the green heart of the city. We didn't return to our hostel until the evening, after the bike rental had officially closed. Given our upcoming return home, it was more convenient for us to return the bikes that same day. No problem: after a quick phone call, Marius agreed to accept the bikes that evening. In short: a wonderful ride and excellent service!

I'm really happy that this bike repair shop opened in Moabit as it defo is the best one in the area. Marius is a great guy. He is a subject matter expert when it comes to bikes and also very friendly and supportive. I will bring my girlfriends bike which needs some service for sure to this place too. Thank you!
