I'm a big fan of Nays, but when it comes to clothing returns, the long wait for a replacement is simply unacceptable. You definitely have room for improvement here and could learn a thing or two from other companies. I received confirmation of my return from Nays on February 5th, but as of February 11th, Nays still hadn't shipped the replacement. The hoodie is available in size M according to the online shop. Quick update: The item arrived on February 18th, 2026. Sincerely, René

As several reviews have already mentioned, I can only agree. The lures are of superb quality, and the customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating! I had a minor issue with my order, which was resolved quickly and easily.
