I went to buy some rubber for my dad's racket. I was traveling in Berlin and went to buy them for him. I stumbled upon this shop by chance and told the owner about my dad's playing style so I could get him some rubber that was right for him. I showed him the racket, and he gave me great advice in a very pleasant conversation. The whole conversation was in English since I'm from Colombia and don't speak German. He gave me excellent advice and was very kind throughout the entire visit. I send my regards to my dad. I always remember that visit to the shop; highly recommended.

Very friendly and competent advice! Individual needs and wishes were taken into account. Table tennis rackets could be tested on-site using a ball machine. Highly recommended!

Advice was very limited, as there were hardly any floor coverings available on site and, according to the owner, these would first have to be ordered. Otherwise, the salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable.

Great advice! After my son 'twisted' my bat on the stone slab, I needed a new one. The first time, I found the door locked because I was on vacation, but it worked on the second attempt.

The seller recommended a very small table tennis bat for my 7-year-old and 6-year-old children. After my son took it to table tennis lessons, the teacher said it was much too small. But we had already written the name on it, so it couldn't be returned. And I didn't receive an invoice either.

A fantastic shop. Highly recommended; the owner takes a lot of time for consultations. You play on the table tennis table in the shop, and the owner observes your playing style to determine which racket is best suited to you. The racket is then individually assembled, with the blade and rubbers tailored to your playing style. While the racket does cost a bit, the value for money is still excellent, and it's definitely worth investing in a good racket if you plan to play regularly.
