Frauded by this shop: shoes with a price of 83 Eur. I go to pay and it's suddenly 120. They say that on the shoes there was still the old price but the price in the system is now 120. They refuse to refund me the difference. Informed the authority about it.

Terrible customer experience. In order to try a shoe, you need to request it from an employee, who have to get it from the warehouse. The employees however not seem to be highly interested in serving their customers. 180cm blonde was approached and asked if she could assist in providing some shoes. She answered with a quick and short yes, made zero eye contact and never returned. She probably had a bad day, was busy, stressed out or whatever. Nevertheless, she should have offered some explanation, referred a co-worker etc.

I had good experience here with purchases and warranty issues.. but for one of my shoes with sole coming apart one store person agreed with it and another disagreeing with it. But my claim was right so i had to fight for it . In the end i got my justice so happy.. Just be sure to talk to the right person in the store. Overall pretty satisfied with the store and purchases

Big. Clean. Well done. Friendly staff who are eager to help. Lots of cool displays and plenty of trendy and technical shoes on display. Easy spot to spent an hour and spend nothing or spend the monthly rent. Either way, it's a fun experience.

They have very strict and weird shopping regulations due to the Covid19. For some very mysterious reasons it is forbidden to enter the section with running shoes (while you can touch other stuff and any other shoes without any restrictions). If you want to try on or even simply touch the pair of running shoes you have to wait for the shop assistant who will ultimately handle it to you. I'm not blaming the wonderful people who work there but it's a bit strange, isn't it?

Great location and huge selection of the latest sneakers The interesting part to me is the Pump It Up machine, the only issue that i had is that the staff claims the machine is free to use, but when asked nobody could add credit to it , other than that great store

This was a cool store. They had a lot of different sneaker models that the other stores don't carry. The staff was very helpful and nice. I think I spent almost an hour in there, trying on the different sneaker models.
