So much space and soo little merchendize. Its sports wear and not sports shop, so if you look actual sporting goods, stay away. Waste of time

Small and underwhelming for a Nike store in a big city. Only one floor with not much selection, wouldn’t go here to browse - more to pick up what you ordered.

You can find anything you want here and it's not that crowded as the store in Kurfürstendamm. Lots of products on sale all year round. It's located in Mall of Berlin, so that is something else that you'll have to experience :) You'll also find discounted items at this store which is always nice. Bought a pair of discounted Nike Pegasus from them with 30% discount. People working here are super nice and always ready to help. Thanks!

WARNING! No return on products bought in this shop! They only give you vouchers for this and another shop in Berlin in case the product is not reduced. If the product was reduced you do not get anything back. Awful customer service!

I wanted to return something that I bought just yesterday, waited there for ten min. until someone finally came and tell me to wait for another 5min for my return, he instead served the costume behind me. Finally another came and tell me i can only get Gutschein for return, which can only be used in two shop in Berlin. NO CASH BACK. Even if you want to buy something one line you need to go to the store, ask them to book it for you and then get it personally later. WORST COSTUMES SERVICE EVER

I went with a friend to buy Nike Metcons. We were attended by a blond girl. She was super helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English even though she thought she didn't. She even taught us some German and gave recommendations for the shoe sizing. Very nice experience

Very helpful staff who understood me completely. I have big feet (13), so I wasn't surprised when they didn't really have cleats in my size. Will gladly come back just for the friendly people working here though! Thanks!
