The day after getting my tube+tire changed, the wheel is not turning smoothly any more because the tire is too large and causes friction with my bike

I came with a broken wheel (1987 year) and this man found me new and it came to the shop the next day and the bike was done. After I came home, put a wheel - I found that something not right and the next day I came back to the shop. Today (in general, it took 3 days), my bike was super nice, and he did not take extra money for additional work. Very nice man with a big understanding of what he does. P.s. after I realized that breaks are moved to one side and scrolling pedals backward, raise some strange sound and feelings. Also, as far as I understand, the price was a bit too high. Anyway, it works, but not like before.

I was looking for a place in my neighborhood. My bike was fixed within a few hours, really happy with the result. Friendly and professional service!

Went to get a used bike I just bought assessed, he gave me a list of things to be changed (which included brake wires which none of the other 2 shops I quoted said needed changing. During the “assessment” he dismantled the brakes and as he gave me the price list he said “i’ll call you when finished”, I didn’t like to be strong armed into the repair so I said I’d like to think about it and leave, he half-handedly mounted the brakes back to the point they were completely not working. Realised after I left and went back and he tightened one bit that made them “functional” again but no where as good. Went home and watched a video and retightened them myself and they work absolutely fine. He also refused to have me keep the required repair price list and laughingly accused me of wanting to take it to other shops to get lower prices or something. Totally sketchy experience

This is the best bike store that I know in Berlin. The owner is so friendly and very helpful. They have all the accessories and repairs that you might need for your bike. Really great place! Always happy to return!

Don't go there. It's a disappointment and over priced. Unless you want to get robbed.. they will not even touch one screw even if ii need a fixed and later blame us for not telling them.

I had my bike ‚repaired‘ about 3 months ago, which included the complete ‘renewal’ of the gears, chain, cogs at the back - it had cost ca. EUR 350 in total with a full set of “new” gears etc.. My back gear broke yesterday and today I went to a repair shop in Neukölln (Mike‘s Fahrradwerkstatt), with Mike who is a certified bike repairman. He said that the Norm Radstation did a complete mess with assembling old (second hand) parts and with wrong parts which did not belong together. It was completely unsafe for me to ride my bike. I will have to get everything renewed for another 250 EUR, which will let me ride my bike safely. So, stay away from this shop for repairments! Only trust bike shops that can show a bike repairment certificate of the owner to customers.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. It really is a great local bike shop and they also speak English.

Total disaster! I went there to assemble my new bike and they charge me a lot of money (35€)just for front brake, chain protection and pedals montage. After i saw they put the pedals and the chain protection wrong and the next day I went back to repair the front brake.
