they changed my pedals in 15 minutes and took 5 euros for the work. staff spoke english and were friendly. easy 5 stars

I made a stupid mistake while working on my bike and I knew there was a bike shop in this district so I took my bike and hoped for the best. They are very welcoming and the most important thing is that they are listening to your problem. In my case it was possible to choose between used and new parts. They noted my number and told me that they call me maybe the next day when they finished. Next day I received a call and was on my way to get my bike back and everything worked out perfectly. My chain was a bit dry so they oiled it and filled my tires with some fresh air. I'm absolutely satisfied and can suggest it to everybody who has problems with his/her bike. Prices are good and there's nothing to complain. ( I think the employers can speak English but I talked to them in German - all my reviews are in English)

I've only.bought one item from that friendly bunch, I wish I had done so more often but I do not have any bicycle needs I'm afraid...only the Packetshop.
