I brought my Kona Rove gravel bike here only for a service, not for purchase. After a routine inspection, I was told the cassette, chain, and rear brake disc had to be replaced. The final bill came to €395, even though we had discussed around €250, and I never received a written estimate before the work started. After checking the parts (SRAM PC-1170 chain, PG-1130 cassette, and 160 mm brake rotor), I found that the prices charged were €45–75 above current retail prices at major German bike retailers. I have contacted the shop several times for clarification and to get my old parts back, but have not received any reply. I’m leaving this review to ask for clarity and transparency, not to harm the business. I’ll gladly update it once the situation is resolved fairly.

Bottomline: rude behavior. But also stupid as f… to treat a client with full insurance like this, bcs if they‘d be helpful I‘d always come back and they could charge fully knowing am insured but instead they refuse to give a proper invoice and refuse to answer any questions related to my bike, the damage and fix. Besides, 2 days after fixing my back wheel it was damaged again and I had to return, as ‚goodwill‘ they charged only the material and not repair cost. If they‘d been service oriented, smart and helpful they could have charged the full price and would have had a happy insured customer who returns.

Highly recommend! The advice was nice and on point, the repair perfect and adapted to my bike and still keeping the costs in mind, whereas others had said to me that repairing my bike was too complicated and not worth it.

I can't believe this robbery exhist. I paid 20 euro and that is what the store fixed. My trust for this kind of behaviour of human is NOT accetible. I was very dangerously left on the other part of the neighbourhood, as i thought this shop fixed my bike. I ended uo with flat tire and had to leave my bike somewhere else as i couldn't go anywhere and had to come back with bus. What a nightmare this is unbelieable.

Very rude middle-aged man there. He asked me for 5 euros to put my chain back in the right place. He told me I could not bother him for such small things...

Unfriendly to customers. After bringing my bike for a flat tire I needed to change my outside tire as well because it was ripped as they added too much air. In addition they didn't inform me about that it needed to be changed as well by phone (no missed calls or voicemail) as they said and didn't inform me about an extra pay rate when I picked the bike up later. I am very dissatisfied.
