Good clothing store with irresponsible service. Placed an order for home delivery which didn’t happen during 1 week. During my second visit to the store and questions, staff firstly blamed the delivery, after it revealed that item is actually at the store displayed on shelf (which I discovered by myself), they blamed their colleagues.

I actually have to change the review I wrote here two years ago. The store was always clean and the service was good. I was there again last week and was shocked at what had become of the place: dirt and dust everywhere, and I practically had to beg for help. When the manager finally took pity on me, the advice was so bad I might as well have saved myself the trip. So, currently, I can't recommend it! Two stars for location and selection.

Finally found what I was looking for… trousers, a t-shirt, a rain jacket… And all this combined with incredibly friendly, kind, patient, and competent service from a salesperson who let me browse in peace. A very pleasant shopping experience, a small shop with a wide selection and friendly staff. And, as always with Odlo, they were of exquisite quality. And with the new location on Münzstraße, it's also easily accessible again.
