I had a great experience at the On store , while asking Anna W. for her advise on the better approach to buy shoes for a Marathon run , she made precise questions and gave advise very professionally. I was allowed to try the shoes an made a small "run" inside the store to have the feeling of using them ! She was very polite and knows the products very well, was convincing all the time without being pushy.

We went with the intention to shop and shoes purchase we did. We bought a Cloudtilt His and Hers to just twin and a The Roger Advantage as a semi formal. The store has a wide variety of shoes and they are displayed well to get a very good feel. The colour combinations used by ON are unmatched which makes the shoes stand out. A special word of appreciation for Eduardo, who was very patient and extremely helpful during the purchase process. On his recommendation, we bought the Cloudtilt.

I had an excellent experience at the On Store in Berlin Mitte thanks to Ben. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and carefully explained all the details of each model. We tried several pairs until I found the one that felt just right, and he always made sure I was comfortable and confident with my choice. Ben was incredibly patient and provided top-notch service throughout the entire process. As a nice personal touch, he even spoke Spanish with me when I told him I was from Mexico, which made the experience even better. He’s a great salesman, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the customer. I really wish all stores offered the same level of service he provides. Highly recommended!

Just got help from the wonderful Giovanni to find a bike for Christmas for my daughter. Rarely in Berlin do you experience the kind of customer service that ends in a hug. Giovanni took time and was very knowledgeable guided me to the right bike and helped me solve my biggest christmas stress. He made my decathlon visit simply awesome. Thank you Giovanni and decathlon.

Had an amazing experience at the ON store! The shoe collection is fantastic — so many great styles and super comfortable options. A big shoutout to "Anna", who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. She patiently understood what I was looking for and made sure I found the perfect pair that suited me best. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole shopping experience really comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in Berlin. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for great shoes and even better service!

The staff is amazing. They really take the time to help you and answer every question you have, if they don’t have an answer they will find the information right away, top top! Nothing to say about the brand, shoes are so comfortable, top quality!

Store is beautiful and felt so welcomed by the staff. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. The shoes are so far amazing and i felt after walking all morning, i could walk till evening and thats what we did. I have never felt more comfortable shoes in my life and giving my airforces a break cause these are So comfortable its crazy. I could walk 20km without having much pain as I used to.

Bought a pair of shoes here and while they are very comfortable, they are pretty useless. They’re white and impossible to clean. I’m leaving a bad review because I specifically asked if they are easy to clean and they said yes. But I have never had shoes like this. Its a mesh material and even the smallest amount of dust sticks immediately. Can’t be wiped off, washed of or rubbed off. If you rub hard the mesh breaks. So there’s no scenario where these shoes are nice for longer than a few days. Its unacceptable for 150€ shoes but its also incredibly wasteful and unsustainable. Avoid.
