Came here first for a quick brake / gear check before a cycling trip when (as is usual) some more issues were discovered. The team at Ostrad were very transparent, calling me right away to explain what was found and ask if we want to address it. As I have a half-Ironman coming up, I needed the bike to be in excellent shape so we made an appointment after the cycling trip for a bigger service. The bike I received back rides like a dream now. The team at Ostrad are helpful, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what they did. I really appreciate this as I am trying to learn more about the mechanics of the bike. The price was very fair for the services. Overall, very happy and will be going back for all my cycling needs.

Well-organized and clean bicycle shop for sales and repair, all at a fair price. Both the sales staff and the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ostrad!

Great experience! I only needed a single rivet for my chain and my German is not great, I was really well treated by the sales person. Recommended!

I came to look for the bike. Since I need to find a small or extra small size of bike. The staff from Australia ( sorry don't know his name). He was being very helpful, professional and informative. He tried all he can to find me a perfect bike for me even it's not easy. And tried to offer as much options as possible for me. I also glad that I find out you can make a customize bike in here too! Very very happy to find this bike shop! Definitely recommend!!

They are quite pleasant and easy going. That's the best part. But after multiple visits to their shop I am changing my review. I am not happy with their approach because they don't test the repair work properly, charging me for work done and parts and still the original issue happens. Time to find a new shop that takes their work more seriously.

Great service from them. Had a problem with my bike which I could not fix. I was in Berlin for the Velothon and was worried about getting it fixed in time to take part but It was fixed within 90 minutes. Can’t fault them!

Great bicycle shop. Jürgen was very helpful, spoke perfect English and helped me find the right bike for my bike tour across Europe. They are very professional and carry only high quality bikes and parts. Would definitely go there again if in Berlin.
