Great experience and very friendly staff. Went today directly to their location to change the size of a pair of padel shoes I got online...and everything went super easy amd smooth, they are very helpful. Highly recommended!

I recently discovered padel tennis and, on a friend's recommendation, ordered from Padelfreunde today. In short... the service here is incredibly friendly, polite, and accommodating (even on a Sunday evening). Of course, my order hasn't arrived yet, but I'm already impressed by the exceptionally helpful customer service. Thanks again!

I ordered padel shoes there. I think the website/shop is very well done. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit very well, so I returned them. The return process was absolutely flawless and the refund was processed quickly. I will definitely order from them again! Thank you!

While searching for a new padel racket, I scoured several online shops to find one that suited my current skill level. I contacted several shops for advice, both by phone and email, but never felt I received competent guidance. Either they lacked expertise, or they simply didn't take the time to get rid of me quickly. However, this wasn't the case with Padelfreunde. I received truly excellent advice over the phone. They took the time to ask targeted questions to determine which racket would be best for my skill level, taking my budget into account. Thank you for the great phone call and the thorough consultation. I ordered immediately, and the racket arrived two days later. Please experience their service for yourselves. In short: The best online shop for padel. Jasper provides excellent advice over the phone. An order I accidentally placed was immediately canceled, and the refund arrived via PayPal within seconds of email confirmation. The order notes function is fantastic; they are always read and implemented. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered Friday evening, handed it over to DHL Sunday evening, shipped it Monday, and the package arrived two days later. I can absolutely recommend Padelfreunde.

Super fast delivery, the racket arrived within 2 days. In the meantime, I found a cheaper offer. The difference was immediately refunded to me. It couldn't be better. Keep it up! :)
