At Pasculli Rad Manufaktur, someone was always willing to help me, even when my requests didn't generate any profit and only cost the team time. Matze and Gian are always very patient with their customers; for me, they're a top-notch shop!

It's a shame that after 8 years of visiting and shopping at this bike shop, I received a surprisingly rude, cold shoulder from one of their employees. This person told me they had absolutely no time to repair my children's 2 bikes, that they had to reserve free spots for customers! Ha, I just bought my son's bike helmet from them less than 2 weeks ago! I was shocked to receive such horrific customer service. They just lost my business, and I'm sure I'll tell everyone I know NOT to go there. So much for trying to support local businesses." I had my eye on a beautiful dark blue Victoria bike there, which I will now certainly not be buying from them again. We went to the nearest bike shop and were kindly assisted with an appointment in 2 weeks. I really have to wonder if this has anything to do with my skin color. Because I'm sure if I were a white, German male, this wouldn't have happened.

Dear Michele,<br>we are very sorry that we have obviously upset you with our service and did not find the right words to explain that our workshop at Bikeline is just fully booked. Like every year, the waiting time in spring and summer is around 4 weeks. That is why we had to tell you that we did not have any spontaneous slot to repair your children's bike.<br>However, we are very surprised to read your last sentence. Before to accuse us of discrimination, you should know that our team is from Slovenia, the Netherlands, Denmark and Germany and we have men and women working here.
