I took my beloved gravel bike, which I've used extensively for years, to Pedalerie in Köpenick for servicing and received excellent advice right from the start. They took their time, thoroughly inspected the bike, and provided a clear and understandable assessment of the components that needed servicing. The estimate was sent the same day, even though sourcing the individual parts required considerable research. Now I have a bike that's practically brand new again – the service was truly outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly and competent. Highly recommended!

Very helpful, friendly, and competent! I was there spontaneously and needed a quick fix with my saddle. They helped me free of charge and recommended a new saddle. I then bought it, and I haven't had any back pain since.

Dear cycling enthusiasts, if you're near Berlin and need help with anything related to your bike, Pedalerie is the right place for you. I walked into the shop with no intention of buying anything and just asked for an Allen key, and what the owner did with it was a service experience that couldn't have been better. It was so good to have such a service experience in our hectic and profit-driven society.

Been there for years. A shopkeeper with a heart, that's rare these days. I get excellent service and advice... I was there again today on a whim... three problems with my bike... and they even fixed everything right away. My shop of choice. Thank you so much.

I popped into the shop today on a whim because I had a problem with my bike nearby. And I left feeling very happy on my bike. I received an incredibly helpful, friendly, and warm welcome, and they helped me right away. I'll definitely be back! 🙂

I got appointment after 1 week. Very nice and friendly guys, spoke English. My front brake and wheel probably had minor bend. Problem was fixed and my bike is like new ! Thanks !
