Kind service and very pleasant to talk to! I got a bike from a friend, but the saddle was very painful. I explained my suffering to the staff and they guided me through their selection, and offered a 30 days return if I have issues with it. It was a very smooth ride home, no complaints!

Really satisfied with their service. Not every workshop/mechanic has the experience and practice working with higher-end bikes but based on my experience there those guys definitely do. Friendly, helpful and english-speaking staff. Will definitely come back when needed. Thanks, guys!

Service is quick, with minimal communication, but the staff do speak English very well if your German isn't up to standard. Prices for replacement parts are not expensive but not cheap either. I've been here several times and had overall good experiences.

Johannes in the workshop was so nice and so quick. Asked to fix flat tyre and front light and he did it right there on the spot. Very thorough job and charged a very decent price. Will definitely use them again for any of my bike issues!
