I’m incredibly impressed with this store. As a member, you can use their beautiful facility to ride or run while you’re in Berlin. They have spotless and comfortable private rooms to book with a treadmill, bike and bike+. The manager and his staff go out of their way to make sure that you have a wonderful experience with towels, water and shoes all available to use. They also have a shower. My husband and I were both able to use the bike often during our three month stay in the city, which allowed us to keep up our fitness and mental health while abroad. I’m so grateful for that. I didn’t know that it was possible to book rides at stores in other cities, so if you’re a member and planning to travel abroad in North America, the UK or Germany, check to see if there is a space for you to use! If you don’t yet have a membership to Peloton but are curious what it is all about, I encourage you to book an appointment at the store and test it out. It really is a great system - the workouts are fantastic, you can tailor them to your interests and fitness level, and you can do the whole thing in the privacy of your own home. Pete will help you with whatever you need to get started if you make an appointment.

Very clean store, well located next to Apple Store. Got my Peloton shirt (only available in Berlin store) as a souvenir. Since I am already an existing member, the employee also offered me to work out upstairs freely during my stay in Berlin, which was a very thoughtful gesture by the company :)

I had a blast visiting the studio and working out here when I was on Berlin for a work trip!!! The studio is superb - modern, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, great location, etc. And the people that work there are so friendly and helpful and fun! I had a bike fitting with Pete which made such a huge difference in how I feel when taking a class and in my metrics. Pete was also the one that showed me around the studio and was always there to check in on me while I was spinning and ensure I have enough water and everything else I need. He truly added to my wonderful experience at the studio. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would and I am already planning to go back often when I'm back in Berlin later this fall.

The staff was helpful but they misled us by mentioning several times that the bike will be delivered in around a week or two (which convinced us to buy it) and then the delivery is now being made in a months time. Why mention a week if the official time is 2-4 weeks? It was misleading and when contacted they said they cant do anything about it.

Came for a fitting at the store. Pete was really helpful and professional and the fitting and his advice has made riding a lot more comfortable and easier! Would definitely recommend stopping by the store! If possible buy through the store. The support they offer is goes above and beyond!

Great experience! I Enjoyed working out here during my travel in Berlin. I own a bike at home and was able to do member rides at this location. They have an upstairs area with several bikes in private rooms and you can reserve a time slot to do rides in these rooms. They also provide cycle shoes in case you don’t pack yours (I didn’t!). Thanks to the entire team here for making me feel welcome.

Really fantastic experience going for a bike fitting with Pete at the store. He was friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect riding position. I would highly recommend anyone interested in the bike to come in and talk to the staff, they are really friendly and eager to help! We’ll be back!

Excellent customer service and product! My experience has been pretty much exactly what I had hoped for - super friendly, welcoming, helpful, and going above and beyond in general. Any question I've had has been answered with kindness. Also, re: Bike: so far, nothing but great things to say. Has increased the quality of my day-to-day life, for sure.

Don’t order the bike, there are more than 3 months of waiting for the delivery in the Berlin area ( for the original bike, I guess that for the bike plus is even worse) Join the official Facebook community to double check what I am saying. I ordered in the store, paid 2.5, I was promised a 4-6 weeks of waiting and I am in my 3rd month of waiting for the original bike. The store managers are not of help. Nobody gets in touch with you, you can call the support, wait 1h for them to pick up and the excuse is that because of the brexit they are experiencing delays. Unfortunately this is not true for other smaller cities in Germany. Super disappointed, worst experience ever. Update with screenshot. After 3 months if waiting for the regular bike this is their solution: cancel the order.

Truly cannot say enough good things about Pete at this shop-- I'm new to Peloton and somewhat mechanically challenged and have had some really (and i mean REALLY) basic questions -- about the cleats, say, or clipping in correctly-- and Pete always gets back to me immediately and steers me right. I'm not the review-leaving type but this customer service experience has been just completely above and beyond so I'm making an exception ;). And Pete has been just as amazingly helpful with the friend who introduced me to this magical bike!
