He charges EUR 85 per tire for Schwalbe Marathon tire replacement. It’s an absolutely unreasonable price that he insists is normal, so I want to make sure it’s stated upfront. I was immediately uncomfortable with the amount and suspected it was excessively high, but my usual bike shop was closed and I’d just taken my bike out of storage after several months abroad and it had a flat. I agreed with hesitation after he offered to also do a check-up of the bike, which I knew it needed, for EUR 30 additional. I left and started googling and quickly saw how far above the usual range this price was. My husband also was shocked and said it sounded extremely overpriced. I went back to the shop to cancel about 20 minutes later, but they already had one tire off and he wouldn't stop the work even though I said the price seemed excessive. He reduced the total by EUR 10. I wish I had just told them to do only the one tire that was already off so I wouldn’t have paid such an inflated price. My bike is not expensive or fancy, just a typical city bike, and for what I was charged, I could almost have bought a new one. Immediately on the first ride after this high-priced repair I heard a rattling sound. With further rides it became clear that all the screws on the back wheel fender were completely loose. It’s astonishing to pay nearly EUR 200 for a service and be left with that. In nearly 5 years of owning this bike I never had a problem with screws coming loose, but when I took it back to have them tightened, he said one set of screws was too short. I never had that issue before, but suddenly one is too short? He didn’t offer to replace with longer screws, and I didn’t ask because I don't want to know what that charge would be. He also asked twice for me to leave a Google review: first before the bike was even picked up, and again when I got it. Even if the service had been perfect, at that price there’s nothing to recommend. The repeated requests for reviews may explain the many positive ratings here, which unfortunately convinced me it was a good option. And finally: cash only, even for hundreds of euros. For a professional business, that’s hard to justify. I’ve been very upset about the entire experience since and feel the price I was charged was outrageously unfair.

Had a last-minute issue with my old bike, and they totally saved the day. The guy who ran the place was super chill, knew exactly what to do, and did it for a fair price :) I would definetely recommend the shop!!

I entered the store and couldn’t feel comfortable with the seller attitude and tone. He felt very impatient. Not recommended.

Good consultation, reasonable price, I've managed to give my bicycle to the workshop without any queues or reservation and it's nice that they work in the evening.
