I was very disappointed today. Luckily, I called ahead before my visit. They told me they won't have my brake pads until March because they only order them at the end of the month. I was very happy with the store and the service before. Now I'm considering ordering my brake pads online in the future and learning how to install them myself. I need new pads about every four months, and I think it's worth it. What a shame :-(

My favorite table tennis shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who really take the time for individual advice. You can test different rubbers and then get top recommendations tailored to your playing style. It doesn't get any better than this. I'd especially like to mention the employee who also has his little dog in the shop; unfortunately, I don't know his name. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After I mentioned that I was currently practicing topspin against backspin, he recommended a suitable rubber that wasn't too fast, which I was then able to test. I'm extremely satisfied and am already looking forward to training with my new racket.

The seller prepared a temporary test racket for me, which I appreciated because it allowed me to try something before making a decision. However, despite mentioning that I came for advice, I wasn’t shown any blade options or given an explanation of different setups. The final racket was assembled very quickly without showing me the wood or the rubber, and in the end it was handed to me already boxed, as if there was no opportunity to discuss the product at all. Although the racket seems suitable for my level, I expected clearer communication and more guidance in a specialized shop. With better transparency and explanation, the overall experience would have been much more helpful.

In Berlin recently to see my daughter who lives there. Topped up my Dignics 09c rubbers for the season ahead and some new towels. It's a small shop but well-stocked, and there's a table downstairs, which was being used by a couple of players of intermediate standard. Not far from Checkpoint Charlie.

I want to play again after 30 years without training. I was a Stiga man, but my club recommends me this shop. The first impression was good when I entered the shop. I've made research about Butterfly blades and rubbers in 2 weeks. I ended up with a Primorac OFF FL (made in japan) blade and Glayzer rubbers 1.9mm. Thank you Mark for your good advices. You guys are friendly and helpful. Today I trained with my first Butterfly racket, and I love it ! I will be back.
