I'm extremely satisfied! I dropped off an e-scooter tire with a motor there because the tire wasn't sealing properly against the rim, and the tire pressure was immediately lost. The friendly gentleman said that he doesn't work with such small tires (8.5 inches) but only with tires 10 inches and larger. He took it on anyway, and everything turned out perfectly. I arrived at 11:00 AM, and the tire was ready by 4:45 PM. The price was excellent. Friendly service and a very nice shop.

I dropped my bike off there to have the saddle replaced. The price was okay, and I was able to pick it up ready to ride the next day. Unfortunately, the salesperson was quite unfriendly both when I dropped off and picked up the bike; I felt like a burden and will avoid the shop in the future, especially since I only went there because my usual bike shop is closed on Mondays.

The customer was greeted with "Good day." A suitable replacement for the defective part was immediately suggested and replaced the following day. Upon collection, the customer was greeted with "Good day," the payment was processed, the customer was handed the finished bicycle, the door was held open for the customer, and they were wished a pleasant week. I cannot recall at what point the customer was treated unkindly. For us, every customer is welcome and hardly a burden. We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. Fantastic bike shop! On my way to work, I got a flat tire on my front wheel and desperately needed a bike shop nearby. After a quick phone call, I was able to drop my bike off immediately and got it back the next day in perfect working order. Excellent service, friendly staff. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I just collected my bike after a full service and it feels like a brand new bike! Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Honest and competent bike shop. By far the best around Prenzlauer Berg & Weissensee I found. If you are confident in your German his Berliner Schnauze is a plus!
