Signed up for the puma member in the store and receive a 10% discount code, and the next minute the cashier guy told me it doesn't apply when i'm paying for the shoes? And he cancelled the discount. Really weird as it says exactly on the email that it's 10% off your first in-store purchase. What is that?

Nice shop. Staff helpful. Really small selection of Puma Suede. Would be nice if you could get ones you couldnt easily get anywhere else.

BAD PLACE TO BUY I bought a Man City t-shirt for myself and was given a women's t-shirt. When I realized and wanted to change it I was told that it is not possible. I bought the shirt on 11/08 and I wanted to change it on 13/08. now I have a t-shirt that is not the one I wanted and I can't change it. A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

...not all of the people who work here are the kind of Germans that make you wonder why there are still Germans, but enough of them are to ruin the shopping experience. Love Puma, hate Germany.

Figuratively speaking, they do not have human beings working in this shop. And this why: The sales person told us to leave their doorstep while it was pouring rain outside. We were only there for a few minutes to get out of the rain, but he was worried that we would be in the way of customers coming in. By the way, we were not on anyone's way, and noone was coming in while it was pouring outside. I understand that It is his right to ask us to leave, but it is inhumane. No human being in their right mind could do that to other people for a bit of extra profit. Sorry Puma, you just lost a fan.

Hi, we shopped in your store on July 17th, we were really happy and pleased with the staff and the clothes we bought. Unluckily, I didn't buy the blue jacket. Can I buy the blue jacket for these pants? If you still cannot find size xs, size s is ok for me. Can I buy online and then you send it to me in Vietnam? Thank you so much.
