I have been going to this shop for 6 years since I bought my e-bike. They are excellent! They are always professional and seem to go out of their way to help. Repairs that I imagine will take days and they send me an sms later in the afternoon to come pick up my bike. I can not recommend them enough, especially if you want to buy a bike.

I bought my first bike here in 2014; back then, the shop was located a few blocks away, right by Kleistpark. It was stolen in 2016, so I bought my second bike here that same year. That one was stolen last year, so after many years, I went back to Rad Company. Since bike prices have risen dramatically in recent years, they didn't have the bike I wanted in stock. But that was no problem for Olli and his team. I received thorough information about the current situation (the price increases of recent years) and was given a very friendly and helpful consultation. I needed a simple women's bike with a three-speed gear system. Olli went to the trouble of researching my desired model, kept me updated on its availability by phone, and we found the perfect bike, which was then specially ordered. It was supposed to arrive at the end of April, but to our surprise, it arrived today! The bike is perfect and fits me like a glove; I love it. The pickup went smoothly and was very friendly. Funnily enough, Olli – my hero of last week – wasn't there 😂 but his colleague gave me a wonderful handover and helped me find a suitable lock. I also snagged a basket, with a 50% discount by pure chance! It was then dusted off with a pressure washer and properly attached to the luggage rack! Thank you, thank you, thank you all so much, I'm so happy!

I had a flat tire on my bike on a Friday, they fixed it in 20 min (you get an sms when it is ready). I was able to now use my bike over the weekend which I was sure I would not be able to as another "little" bike shop nearby had like 2 months waiting time just to talk to them! Price was fair for the great and friendly service. I recommend to call in advance to ask if they have space and they will recommend you if to come directly or to wait a bit to make sure they have space for your bike.

Amazing store with really nice staff. I called looking for a Gravel bike. They said one would be coming in 2 weeks, immediately sent me a reservation form, and called me when the bike arrived. I went in and went for a test ride, and it wasn’t a good fit. They immediately refunded me my deposit and wished me luck in my search.

Helpful and knowledgeable team who will help you choose the bike that's best for you. Feel comfortable knowing they won't try to sell you the most expensive bike. And for the ever-growing non- or basic speaking Germans, English is widely spoken. :)
