Great service. We wanted to test some Canyon bikes and got to test all the models we wanted. We were served by Gui who explained us everything in detail and gave us perfect advice. Definitely worth going if you're into biking and you're interested in the latest products and fancy feature updates.

Don’t really understand the good reviews here. Went there two times and the service was just really basic information on the bikes that you can read on the Canyon website in 2 mins. Also the atmosphere among the employees is not chill at all. what appears to be the owner rebuked an employee in the middle of the shop while other customers were there. The shop looks nice and they have sick bikes, that’s about it.

I highly recommend this shop, the workshop, and the group rides. The staff here are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable and do all they can to help you. Also great if you want to rent a Canyon bike while in town! Thanks Rad Race :)

I had an awesome time doing a test ride here. Being able to just walk in without an appointment is such a bonus. It's super convenient and pretty rare these days. The bikes were in great shape, and everything went really smoothly. Big shoutout to Gui, the consultant who helped me out. He was super friendly, knew his stuff, and took the time to answer all my questions. He made sure I felt totally comfortable and confident on the bike. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're thinking about getting a bike or just want to give one a spin

Truly a wonderful shop! The vibe is great and the team is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Miles took expert care of my bike in the workshop, fast and thorough, and took the time to kindly answer all my questions. Gui was super friendly as well and provided me with excellent advice in the shop. Highly recommended!

The best test ride experience ever! The consultant, Guilherme, was attentive and polite. He immediately took all the necessary measurements, offered several models to test, explained the differences, and suggested options in different price ranges. I’m very satisfied and already looking forward to receiving my bike.
