Yesterday around 5:30 pm, after pushing my gravel bike for 5 km, I went to the shop because of a flat tire on the rear wheel. What wasn't possible at the other two bike shops (?) was possible here: a new inner tube with sealant, they also tightened the headset and did a check-up – fantastic service just before closing time, and I was able to complete the remaining kilometers of my tour from Bad Saarow to Berlin. Superb, and a big thank you!

I never write reviews, but this time – I'm thrilled! I was there with my completely seized seatpost – I'd tried everything in vain, even breaking the post off – now I can continue using my bike – I'd already written off the frame – THANK YOU!!! – Very fair price and all agreements were honored, which isn't something you see every day these days – I'll gladly come back and will tell everyone, even those who don't want to hear it, about your fantastic service... Cheers

went here with a not everyday bike problem. they couldn't help me with that, but i got a recommendation to a different shop. will definitely go here if i ever need anything else. friendly and helpful.

I haven't compared prices much but 16 euors for two standard inner tubes is a complete rip-off! I won't be buying from here ever again, which is a shame because they are the closest shop to my house. Also, their selection is just average compared to the other shops I've looked at. It is worth it to travel to another store or, better yet, shop online and save even more!. Save yourself money and frustration and buy elsewhere!
