Yesterday, we were very fortunate to receive advice from Mr. Martins when buying a new bicycle for our 10-year-old son. We were able to try out various models and sizes at our leisure, and despite the many customers, Mr. Martins took plenty of time for us – that was very helpful! We highly recommend this bike shop and Mr. Martins :)

We were looking for a city bike for our 16-year-old daughter. But when you're clueless, you're standing in the shop and can't see the forest for the trees… we probably looked so helpless that her helpful instincts kicked in – what a stroke of luck! Vivian Schaefer gave us such great and comprehensive advice; we felt really well taken care of and found what we were looking for thanks to her help! We found Ms. Lüdtke to be just as competent and friendly when it came to bicycle helmets. We sincerely thank both colleagues for their dedicated and expert advice!

Hi all, last Saturday (14.02.2026) my husband and I went to the Radhaus in Berlin-Biesdorf in order to buy a mountain bike for our son. It was not long after Mr Vogel, one of the employees, approached us and offered his help. He spend a long time with us: took into consideration the age & weight of our son, the purpose of using the bike (both tracking, tracks and also school runs) and the budget. He gave us some nice advice and we were able to get the most suitable bike for our son. It was not the first time we visited and bought a bike in that shop and I can wholeheartedly recommend it :) Thank you Mr Vogel - you have made our lil boy very happy :)

I came to RADhaus Biesdorf with a vintage road bike seeking for spare parts & assembly and I found out great service and assistance (in English, too). Happy to advise the place for repairs & new purchases as well. Highly satisfied, good job!

Last year bought my bike here and went great. Unfortunately, got stollen, so this year browsed more stores just to end up here again. Safe to say, won't even lool further next time I need one (hopefully not soon). Huge selection of bikes, great quality, variety of ranges in price, specs, etc. The service is reqlly good, the staff is helpful and double check it for you before purchase. I'm very pleased with the shop and their stock
