HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT GO THERE! - I left my bike there for maintenance (brakes). We agreed that the shop would repair it the next day and call me when it was ready. I needed my bike the following day to go to work early. I never got the phone call. When one hour before closing time I called the shop owner started yelling and insulting me. I went to the shop and picked up the bike (unrepaired) and got some more insults. Strangely enough - when I brought in my bike, the shop owner wouldnot give me an indication of what it would cost to repair the brakes of my bike - as if it were the first time he repaired brakes. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! If you want some proof of how the shop owner behaves, read his reply. He and I would not have anything to do with each other. Then why did I leave my bike at his store? Why did he promise me to call me. I leave aside his belittling and utterly stupid comment in the last paragraph. Long story short. I ended up going to RTS Radhaus in the Grünewaldstraße. I left my bike there at 1:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. I got a call that my bike was ready for pick-up. Nice and smooth. No yelling. No insults. Just professional and kind service.

This bike shop helped me out when my coat got stuck between my brakes and tire! Very friendly shop, I’m very grateful 🙏

I asked to change the tire and adjust the gears on the bike. The mechanic changed the tire well, but I was not satisfied with how he adjusted the gears. When I tried to show that I was not satisfied, he aggressively said that no one ever complained about it and he did everything he could in a short time, although I did not ask him to do it quickly. After this outburst of aggression, the master raised the price of his work by €2, from €26 to €28. I paid and he said "now go bro, I have a lot of work to do". So I cannot recommend this workshop.

When you brought your bike this morning, we originally only agreed to replace the inner tube on the front wheel.<br><br>2. As a gesture of goodwill, I also adjusted the gears free of charge, as you hadn't specifically requested this.<br><br>3. I have an old but very functional bike (that I’ve ridden for several months with ease) that needed a few minor repairs. I took it to the shop but he phoned a day later saying that I should collect it and that he wouldn’t do any of the small repairs as the bikes frame was misaligned and therefore it wasn’t worth fixing! Will have to try elsewhere…
