I searched for weeks for a Specialized s-works Tarmac SL8 and found one upon this website. The team promptly answered all of my questions with ease, which lowered my stress about the entire process. The bike was shipped from Berlin to Rheinland-Pfalz, within about a week from purchase. I had many questions and concerns about shipping of such an expensive bike across Germany, and the team was able to verify and answer all of it. I will definitely consider purchasing future bikes through this store.

Important note: You usually need to make an appointment and they're often booked for 3 weeks ahead. I cam spontaneously but got lucky and they could still fix the most critical things right there! Was in and out in under 20mins, and the job was very well done. After having had bad experiences with two other bike stores: One confused the pipe/hose for the brake and the gear change train, leading to impossible gear change; the other put on a new luggage rack and broke the lamp in the process. Luckily I noticed both issues right away. Both stores then wanted to charge me again to fix their botched jobs. Not so here. I won't go to another bike shop anymore, these are pros.

My go-to bike shop for years. The team doesn't try to sell you something quickly but to find the best solution for you, and they take time to consult you. Repairs are carried out quickly and professionally.

The new store they have since 2022 is incredible. Super nice selection, great servicing / repair service, not super crowded since it is a little off-site. They also have a kids corner so parents could find it easier to browse and talk to the staff. FYI: They are one of the super few licensed SPECIALIZED partners.

I love this shop. here is kind of my favorites shop. I'm amateur cyclist. when I get my bicycle issues, I often rely on here. They are so great support and They could be ready to fix bike, They told me [Gute fahrt!]. If you want to fix and get something new bike, they can definitely help most of things!

The staff went above and beyond, making sure my bike was safe to ride, and helping with stuff I wasn't even aware were a problem. All this at a reasonable price. The guys enjoy their work and it shows. Definitely recommend!
