Unfortunately, they were very unfriendly. It's been a while since I was here – I prefer to repair my bike myself now. It was about tightening the chain, which the employee wanted to do right away. I asked beforehand about paying by card – no luck. When I went to walk home to get cash (I live nearby), they told me I should take my bike with me (in case I left it there/didn't pick it up for ages... huh?!). Anyway, he came back immediately with cash. The employee hammered and banged on my bike as if it were scrap metal.

Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way home from work and wanted to get it repaired here on short notice. Even though the workshop was open for another 1.5 hours, they didn't help me, pointing out other bikes. I could come back tomorrow, was their laconic reply. I find that completely unprofessional! Not even worth a star.

Very friendly. Very competent, and always helpful even after multiple attempts. I can't understand the review of another user here before me, "Unfortunately, nothing was quick here." This information would only be useful if the person had stated whether and, if so, how many customers had been there before and therefore had their turn. This "thumbs up or down" mentality is unfortunately uninformative and useless in this case. A little more effort would be sensible. I've known the workshop for many years and have always had good experiences there, as well as fair prices.
