Best guys around! I by now turned into a regular as they really are helpful guys. Not so typical Berlin like one would think but yes: Totally Berlin like with a sort of international twist.. love to go there. Eventhough prefer my bike running smoothly

In and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. Chain and gears fixed and all the fittings tightened up all just for €15. Will definitely be my go-to repairshop from now on - thanks!

Kind, easygoing folks at the repair shop. I came heartbroken with a bike that was totaled by a car and they generously took their time to help me with the damage report for my insurance and lifted my spirits…all without making me feel embarrassed about being an emotional wreck. Shout out to Kev! Had a few hiccups getting documentation filed on schedule but the communication over email & phone more than made up for it.

Really, really nice. They speak english, they repaired my bike while I was there and took it only 10 minutes. I got a lot of recommendations how to use the bike and how I can improve if I want to use it for long time. It's my 4th bike shop in Berlin and so far only them told me what is the problem that repeats every couple of months. In the end cheap, fast and educated me as well.

Got a new tire and a luggage carrier here and felt that I was advised honestly and professionally - they also once told me I actually don't need a new outer tyre (instead of selling me one). price-wise I found it good for small things (like 6€ for new tire), and for larger things (helmet, luggage carrier), big retailers like decathlon are obviously cheaper, though for a small retailer I still find the prices reasonable.

Slightly puzzled by the poor reviews, I purchased a Bakfiets from here last month and found the service to be super. This is a proper bike shop, with workshop. They speak excellent English and were happy to answer all my questions.

A lot of people seem not too familliar with berliner Schnauze, welcome to Berlin. I have had a lot of wheels trued by them after building them myself, of course i bought the parts there, if I hadn't why would i go to them to true it? I have had a lot of repairwork done in the past, not always the fastest, but very thorough and always leaving me a satisfied customer.

The staff was very stuck-up and refused to fix my lower grade bike, stating "they did not want to take responsibility for a cheaper bike". I guess not having a 1000 euro bike makes me less of a person in there eyes. They got two stars for the shear fact they spoke to me in English (my German is not very good).

Excellent service, I often feel guilty about not speaking German very well, but the guy helping me spoke flawless English and didn't seem to mind at all. Took time out to help me with the smallest thing, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
